Assistant (Secretary)

Job Requirements:

  • Provide secretary support for the company’s management, including arrangement for business trip, meeting, preparation of report and handling mails;
  • Translation of files, Chinese to English or vice versa;
  • Provide administrative support for other departments;
  • Health & Safety

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree or above;
  • Working experience: above 2 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Familiar with office software;
  • Active, incentive, attentive, with team-work spirit;
  • Can work under pressure;
  • With good Chinese and English language skills;
